NCAA Photos is a picture agency, licensing images for print and electronic uses. Images may be provided as prints or electronic images via CD-ROM or e-mail. Requests for research to find pictures other than those posted on the web site (images of a particular athlete or event, for example) may be subject to a research fee of $75 per hour, which will be quoted in advance .

All images from the NCAA Photos library are available for editorial and commercial usage, subject to NCAA restrictions and normal commercial practices. All images are licensed on a per use basis and subject to a rights fee. All images remain the property of NCAA Photos and are protected by copyright law. None of the images in the NCAA Photos library are model released.

The staff of NCAA Photos is happy to assist you in determining if your usage of the images falls within the NCAA guidelines, what fees would apply, and for a fee, assist you in contacting the athletes, schools and any other parties necessary so that you may obtain model releases if necessary.

All published NCAA Photos images are subject to rights fees. This fee will be negotiated prior to publication or use of the image(s), and in most cases is based on type of use, circulation and image size relative to the page. Please have those pertinent details ready when requesting a rights fee quote.
