Picture research requests should include as much descriptive information as possible including the year, sport, division, gender, athelete/school name and uniform number or physical characteristics that would be helpful in identifying individual athletes. To order prints or digital files for editorial use please fax a request on company letterhead to NCAA Photos (303-295-7771) or email us at info@ncaaphotos.com. Please be sure to include the following information: name, title, publication mailing address, city, state, zip, phone, fax, e-mail, description of project, deadline, and research needs or image numbers.

NCAA Photos has a selection of generic images suitable for advertising uses, where model releases are not applicable. If you are requesting an image with identifiable athletes for commercial use, the athlete(s) must have completed their college playing eligibility in order for their image to be considered for use. The use of NCAA Photos images is subject to NCAA rules and regulations.

NCAA Photos images are not model released. Obtaining all appropriate model releases is the responsibility of the company/individual requesting the image. Commercial uses of the images are subject to a rights fee which will be quoted in advance. <<back
